As part of its commitment to promoting and disseminating important cultural works – particularly photography as an instrument of artistic and personal creation-, Ediciones Larivière presents this book by Juan Travnik on the protagonists ans the scenarios of the Malvinas War. The work comprises over seventy black-and-white portraits of Malvinas veterans taken by the author from 1994-2008. The images were selected from a collection of two hundred and fifty portraits of veterans taken in a variety of locations in Argentina: Corrientes, Santa Rosa and General Pico (La Pampa), General Roca (Río Negro), Tucumán, Córdoba, Mendoza, Ushuaua (Tierra del Fuego), Buenos AIres, La Plata (Buenos Aires), Rosario and Santa Fe, among others.
