The book “¡Ay, patria mía!” will be a sociopolitical and autobiographic reflection by Marcos López about Argentina. The common thread of this book is a chronological account from 1978 to 2016 of personal, social, journalistic, artistic and family events that intertwine the artist’s original point of view with Argentinean history. The book is a personal reflection, from the intimacy, that gives an account of the artist’s vocation for documenting poetically the sociopolitical and economic reality.
