Nació en Carmen de Areco donde cursó el colegio primario y secundario. En Buenos Aires estudió Administración Hotelera, Ceremonial y Protocolo, Turismo de Bajo Impacto Ambiental y Organización de Eventos. Obtuvo una beca para estudiar en Estados Unidos “Marketing estratégico sobre la modalidad Bed & Breakfast”.
De regreso a la Argentina se dedicó a emprendimientos vinculados al Turismo Rural y fundó su empresa Lynch & Trápaga, que representó a más de ochenta estancias de todo el país y Uruguay. En el año 2000 vivió en Salamanca donde logró ampliar su mercado para representar cortijos de España.
A su vez, estudió la carrera de Sommelier en la Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers (EAS), que culminó en 2003 con una investigación sobre el análisis sensorial de la yerba mate. Ello la convirtió en la primera sommelier mundial especialista en cata de yerba mate y, en tal especialidad, creó en la EAS la cátedra para la carrera de sommeliers e imparte cursos y conferencias en todo el país.

She was born in Carmen de Areco where she went to primary and secondary school. In Buenos Aires she studied Hotel Administration, Ceremony and Protocol, Low Environmental Impact Tourism and Event  Organization. She received a grant to study “Strategic Marketing on Bed & Breakfast” in the USA. 
Back in Argentina she worked in businesses linked to Rural Tourism and founded the company Lynch & Trápaga, which represented more than 80 ranches from Argentina and Uruguay. In 2000 she lived in Salamanca, where she expanded her market to represent country houses in Spain.
At the same time, she study for Sommelier in the Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers (EAS, Argentinean School for Sommeliers), finishing her studies in 2003 with a research about sensory analysis of yerba mate. This made her the first sommelier in the world to be specialised in yerba mate and, based on this, she created a lecture about yerba mate in the EAS, besides giving conferences and courses.
