This book displayed Argentina’s capital as it had never before been seen at the time it was portrayed by Swiss photographer Reto Guntli, whose images were accompanied by texts written by Ed Shaw, a US citizen who was captivated by the  pampas.  Its great success, and the time that has gone by since it was published, justified its updating by means of  Sentir Buenos Aires, which follows the same pattern as this work.
