Monsalve, Héctor Elías

This Argentine photographer, underwater cameraman and professional diver started out in photography in 1965. Based in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, since 1976, he has worked as a specialist diver-guide familiar with the regions varied depths for several international television broadcasters. His work is used by educators from all over the country for purposes of scientific education.
