Tanoira, Inés

Inés Tanoira (Buenos Aires, 1979) studied at Universidad del Cine, at Escuela Argentina de Fotografía and at workshops dictated by Adriana Lestido, Florencia Blanco and Lorena Fernández, among others. In 2021 was part of the Seminar of Photographic Production of Centro de la Imagen (México). In 2020 she was awarded the First Prize in the Visual Arts Contest of Fondo Nacional de la Artes (Argenitna). She received First Mention of Premio Fundación Larivière in 2019, and was finalist in Premio FELIFA FUTURA 2016. She was also selected to be part of the Salón Nacional de Artes Visuales (2011 and 2016) and received a special mention in the award Premio FELIFADot 2011 for her series “Adentro”, which was edited and published by Editorial La Luminosa (Argentina). She has taken part in group exhibitions in Argentina, Spain, Uruguay and the Dominican Republic. She lives and works in Buenos Aires.
