The term “rancho” is synonymous with home. It describes the most basic and spontaneous dwellings, born out of need, revealing in its ingenuity the complex Argentine idiosyncrasy and their ethnic, natural beauty. They have survived the progress of the urban world, and many remain isolated in unspoiled areas and inhospitable territories in various Argentine provinces.
